Acoustic setup $100+

Restring, adjust truss rod, action, tighten hardware, clean and oil fingerboard, polish guitar and frets, replace battery.

Electric or bass setup $100+

Restring, adjust truss rod, neck angle (bolt on necks), action, intonation, balance tremolo, adjust pickups, tighten hardware, clean and oil fingerboard, polish guitar and frets, replace battery.

Locking Tremolo Add $35

Each setup includes a 30 day warranty & up to 3 adjustments.

Fretwork can make all the difference in how your instrument plays and feels. Stumptown Stringworks will level and re-crown your existing frets, or if needed, re-fret your instrument using your preferred size and type of fret wire.

Level, Crown & Polish $260+

The current frets are reshaped and buffed for playable bliss.

Full Re-fret $525+

Fresh frets will make your instrument better than new. Remove existing frets, re-plane and dress fingerboard, glue and press in new frets, dress ends, level, crown and polish. Bound or finished fingerboards extra.

Need a new input jack, potentiometer, rewire, or pickups installed? We have you covered. We do everything from simple jobs to complex customizations to suit your needs.
